How long does onboarding take?
Most teams are running their first role inside 2 days. We provide white-glove migration from Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, and BambooHR, including stage history and notes.
Where does data live, and who can see it?
Data residency in US, EU, or APAC. Encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit. SAML SSO and SCIM on Business and above. Field-level permissions (e.g. comp band visible only to recruiters and managers). Enterprise customers get a dedicated Postgres schema for full data isolation.
How accurate is the resume parser, really?

Do interviewers need a paid seat?
